Welcome to Bridport Gig Rowing Club
We have had a hugely successful last 12 months. Launching our training gig "BuckyDoo" back in May 2010, our wooden racing gig "Dagger" was launched in April this year and training and progress has been hectic and rapid!
We now have 130 plus members which is testament to how successful the Club has been in its first two years.

AGM 2011
Thanks to all who attended the AGM at The Bull on Wednesday night. The meeting focused on the Club’s successful 1st full season, with the launch of our wooden gig Dagger, success for many crews, in particular the Juniors, and membership currently standing at over 130.
The drive for the coming year will be on fundraising and securing a boat shed, as we are unlikely to be able to use Good’s Yard beyond next autumn.

Colfox Gym - Mondays/Wednesdays 6-9pm
A reminder to all old members and invitation to any new members that the Gig Club has the free use of Colfox School Gym on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6 to 9pm.

We only have the use of this facility while we have the loan of the rowing machines from the CPGA so let’s all take advantage of it while we can!
